Cefalo - Trainee Software QA Engineer:
Preliminary HR Interview: 30 minutes of basic questions such as why QA, why at Cefalo, what you know about QA etc.
Technical Assessment: 2 hours exam. 1 hour written and 1 hour viva. Exams include test scenarios, test cases, input values, pseudocodes, API testing, JMeter, basic general knowledge.
Final HR Interview: Video interview that includes psychological and communication skills test, personal hobby, future plan, educational background, family and salary negotiation.
Enosis Solutions - Software QA Engineer:
Preliminary Exam: 15 - 30 minutes video interview with Lead QA Engineers. All the basics of QA, git and github, basic coding knowledge, scenario based questions, SDLC and STLC, current work process, bug reporting, hobby, future plan, educational background, psychology and behavioral test.
Technical Exam: 1 hour exam with practical software QA tasks and discussions.
Final HR Interview: 30 minutes to 1 hour interview with HR on psychological test, communication skill and attitude of the candidate. Discussions on educational background, future plan, and salary negotiation.
BJIT - Software QA Engineer:
Phase 1: MCQ exam that consists black and white box testing, mathematics, and programming. Then scenario based questions such as test case writing and then QA documentation.
Phase 2: Video interview on different scenario based questions, black and white box testing and API testing.
Phase 3: Interview with CEO and HR about the reason for applying, future goals, educational background, and test of English proficiency.
SELISE - Product Acceptance Analyst:
Phase 1: Video interview on basic QA, bug reporting, API and Postman.
Phase 2: Video interview on the topics presented in the resume, software testing techniques, JMeter, API testing, manual testing.
Phase 3: Interview with CTO on passion for testing, previous work experience and salary expectation.
DSI - Jr. SQA Engineer:
Technical Test: Video interview on software engineering and testing, SQL, OOP, Bug Reporting, SDLC, STLC etc.
Non Technical Test: Interview on future goals, career plans etc.
Pathao - Software Test Engineer:
Technical Interview I: 1 hour 30 minutes interview on basics of testing, testing types, and purposes, test strategies, database, and API. There might be some other questions on previous work experience and non-technical questions.
Technical Interview II: 1 hour exam on practical software testing, smoke testing, test case writing and discussions.
Final HR Interview: Some basic questions on future goals and salary expectation.
Shohoz - Software QA Engineer:
Phase 1: Interview by QA Lead on the previous work experience, basics of manual testing, and scenario based questions.
Phase 2: Interview on more complex and detailed scenario based questions and testing ways & techniques, puzzle for analytical ability, software testing terminologies, JMeter, database, API testing, selenium webdriver, basic ad-hoc programming problems.
Phase 3: HR interview on salary expectations.
Therap (BD) - Associate Software Engineer, QA:
Written Exam: Problem solving using C/C++/Java/Python, basic SQL, software testing techniques, open ended questions, string manipulation and ad hoc problems to solve, black and white box testing, test case creation.
Technical Interview: Questions on previous written exam, resume and non-technical common things.
HR Interview: Interview on family background, goals, yourselves, accomplishments and questions on resume.
